Description

Sexual and pornographic elements

1. Explicit depictions of private body parts and pubic hair, either directly or through translucent material

2. Products exhibiting the contour of genitals through clothing, with the exclusion of men's underwear

3.  Product images portraying physical contact with private body parts. However, images related to breastfeeding and breastfeeding tools are permissible

5. Sex toys, objects or devices, regardless of whether displaying realistic private parts or human likenesses, used for or to facilitate sexual acts or pleasure but excluding contraceptive devices

This prohibition extends to products that suggest the doll represents a juvenile, such as "child sex doll", "14 years old", and items like children's clothes, shoes, school backpacks, school uniforms, etc.

Detrimental, dangerous and/or illegal content

1. Bullying or cyberbullying

Copyright content

1. Content that is stolen from its original creator

2. Content violating any intellectual property rights

Spam and fake engagement

1. Unidentified links or URLs (even if not intended to market content from other platforms that could harm users)

2. Content posted in large quantities by users on the same day.

3. Promising users something that cannot be confirmed as true. For example: I will transfer RM100 to everyone who likes this post.

Cheating and fraud

1. Adding products that are unrelated to the video content into the orange bag to misuse vouchers.

2. Making purchases from your own orange basket.

Platform security

1. Content that promotes or informs steps to commit fraud on the Shopee platform.

2. Content that shows the process of hacking the Shopee network.

3. Content that provides instructions for using automatic scripts to collect information from Shopee.

4. Content that spreads incorrect information related to Shopee user security.

5. Content that provides information on Shopee's internal file distribution.

Promoting external sites

1. Links redirecting users to other apps/websites and away from Shopee.

2. Promoting other apps or websites through advertisements, watermarks, etc
